We would like to welcome you to the Adult Zumba program! We are pleased to announce that we now have 2 fitness programs for all levels! Introducing STRONG by Zumba®. Strong is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program. Music driven interval training program designed to focus on strengthening your core! This is a 30 minute focused workout designed to take you from where you are to where you want to be!

Spring 2019 Session Dates: March 26, 2019 – May 7, 2019 (No class April 16th, due to Spring Break)
Location: Catonsville Elementary School, 106 Bloomsbury Avenue, Catonsville. Enter from the main Gym doors or double gray doors on the left of the main school entrance. (PLEASE NOTE: This is the new Elementary School, NOT the old school located on Frederick Road).
STRONG by Zumba: Days/Times: Tuesdays 6:15 – 6:45 pm
Cost: Special Introductory Pricing!! $30 – Full Session (6 weeks – 6 classes)
Zumba Dance Fitness: Days/Times: Tuesdays 7:00 – 7:45 pm
Cost:
- $45 – Full Session (6 weeks/6 classes)
- $30 – 4 Class Drop In (Any 4 classes during the session purchased in)
- $15 – 2 Class Drop In (Any 2 class drop ins during the session purchased)
