Kalindi Gohel

Hi everyone!  I’m Kalindi and I have been teaching and taking Zumba for over 5 years.  I fell in love with this perfect combination of fitness and dance that has taken me to levels of happiness I didn’t know existed.  I have taught at both the Catonsville and Ellicott City YMCA in Maryland with sell out crowds!  Each class is filled with vibrant, upbeat music from around the globe.  Being from India, I bring a great Bollywood influence that has shaped my dance style.  I bring that flavor to my classes with choreography that is easy to follow but gets you moving and keeps your interest. Newcomers to Zumba and advanced Zumba partiers alike will feel like they have had a thorough workout. It isn’t about knowing all the steps or even being the best.  My classes are about having a great workout while laughing and sharing that with a group that celebrates what each individual brings!

Liz Whalen

I started my Zumba journey in 2016 when I was looking for a fitness program that  I would finally stick with. After years of formal ballet training it was exciting to find Zumba which gave me a creative outlet. I love that Zumba is always a high energy party and truly look forward to every single class! When I’m not shimmying on the dance floor I work as a Baltimore City Public School teacher and am a Mommy to my baby boy, Bobby. I hope to see you soon for a class!

Colleen Bank

I’m Colleen, and dancing has been a part of my life since my tap and jazz days throughout elementary, middle, and high school. When I discovered Zumba as an adult, I realized dancing not only lifted my spirits, but provided the bonus of keeping me fit as well! Over the past 4 years, the uplifting, fun, inclusive atmosphere of Zumba has helped me stay in shape and stay sane as a mom of 3 young boys! Shifting from teaching elementary school to teaching Zumba is a dream come true, and I can’t wait to have you join me in class. Let’s get fit and have a blast!
